Dr. Renea Skelton
Dr. Renea is a speaker, author, and communication expert who works with women who are tired of over- functioning and calling it strength. As a 22.5/yr Air Force veteran, she teaches psychology-backed tools to communicate clearly, handle conflict without spiraling, and build steadiness that doesn't depend on everyone else behaving.

Hannah is a podcast host, author, and social media influencer. She shares lighthearted faith-based content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify. Her goal is to encourage women to walk confidently in Christ, as well as to inspire them to embrace the joy of the Lord despite their circumstances.
Katie Tomaszewski
Katie is a multi-passionate health and wellness educator devoted to helping others feel better and live with more ease. Using body-based somatic methods, Katie helps clients regulate stress, increase resilience and build sustainable strength, both physically and emotionally.
