At Flourishing Faith, we want our events to be opportunities for all to experience growth in their faith. Because we realize event costs can be prohibitive for some, we offer need-based Flourishing Faith donations to provide financial assistance for those who wish to attend. Donation recipients vary, depending on the cost of the event and the level of need. If you would like to be considered for a free ticket to attend an event, please fill out the form below and send it to us by clicking the “Submit Application” button. All fields are required unless otherwise indicated. Your name and situation will be known only to the Flourishing Faith leadership committee, who will review your request. ​ Please note that filling out this form does not mean you are registered for the event. Flourishing Faith team will notify you as soon as possible of our decision, and you may complete your registration at that time.
